Garden of the Month

Official Garden of the Month Entries blanks are available at any NW Seed & Pet store during the time the contest takes place. Just fill out the information, attach a photo of your garden, and return the entry to the box at any NW Seed store.

Any garden in the City of Spokane and Spokane County is eligible to win. Gardens are judged by a team from The Inland Empire Gardeners. They judge the gardens on Originality, Creativity, Maintenance, Use of Color, Design, and Heart.

A Garden of the Month winner is chosen every May, June, July, and August. The deadline for each month's contest is the 15th.

Winners will receive a prize package which includes a personalized stepping stone, a gift certificate from NW Seed, and their story in the Spokesman-Review Newspaper.
